Delivery
Our delivery charge is fixed rate of £5.00 via Royal Mail within the UK. If you are placing a large order we can offer courier services based on final weight usually between £7.00 and £10.00, please contact use for a quote.
Collection
We do offer collection from our premises between our opening hours, no appointments necessary.
Returns
We only accept returns on clothing and garments which have not been embroidered, heat sealed or changed in any way. For items which have been embroidered or heat sealed we provide several stages of review during our application process to avoid any issues with logo design or digitisation / application. Where a garment is found to be faulty, then we make exception and replace the item. Please get in touch and provide order number, fault issue and we will provide further details.
