What format of file do I need to send you for Embroidery?

We can work with a number of different file types including jpg, png, gif and pdf. Some of these formats can be quite large but our email account can handle up to 20MB per file.

Can I be sure that the embroidery service you provide is of high quality?

We only use modern, top of the range machinery which produces great results and we are confident that you will receive a high quality product. We also have a very experienced logo/graphic digitizer which transforms your logo into a high quality digitized image for embroidery.

What is the typical lead time for Embroidery or Heat Sealing garments?

Lead time on order production varies and is dependant on number of garments, complexity of logo and number of logos per garment. We endeavour to get your order to you within 7-10 working days after you’ve placed your order. For large orders the delivery times may vary but we confirm all before proceeding.

Is the artwork set up included in the price?


For Embroidery we have a standard setup fee of £27.50 per logo digitisation, if chest and back logo are digitised at the same time, the cost will be reduced to £50.00 for both. This will be payable on your first order and any future orders with the same design will not incur any embroidery set up charge. The price of embroidery onto own garments will be £3.50 per chest logo and £5.00 per back logo, if you need more per garment please contact us for quote.

For Heat Seals we have a standard setup fee of £15 per logo digitisation. The price of each heat seal depends on the number of colours requested, heat seal size and the number of heat seals required.
